Train, Subway or Bus

The studio is located a 7 minute walk from The Oslo Central Station if you arrive by train, airport train, subway or bus. Exit towards Oslo Plaza, walk past Oslo Plaza, through the park, across Brugata (Grønland) and walk up Chr. Kroghs gate and you will arrive at the corner of Hausmanns gate 6, where the studio is located. The nearest subway (T-bane) stop is Grønland, a 5 minute walk from the studio.

Tram Lines

Line 11, Line 12, Line 17 and Line 18 all stops at “Nybrua” the nearest stop to the studio. It’s a 2 minutes walk from the tram stop to the studio i Hausmanns gate 6. More info on ruter.no or in their app. See the tram lines map for more info. All the lines goes every 10 minutes during daytime.

Bus Routes

Hausmanns bru (2 minute walk) LINES; 11N, 12N, 30, 31, 31E, 380, 390, 390E/N & FB2. Jakob kirke (5 minutes up the road) LINES; 34 & 54. Hammerborggata (7 minutes walk) LINES; 17B, 18N, 34, 37, 54, 100N, 110N, 130N, 140N, 150, 160, 250, 250E, 250N, 255E, 265E, 400N. More info on ruter.no or in their app.

Car or Taxi

There is a reserved spot just at the front of the door for short stops 07:00-16:00 and available parking from 16:00-07:00, perfect for afternoon sessions. Will suggest to arrive 1540 to secure parking, it’s the only free spots in the area. For daytime parking there is a car park just behind the studio building (Chr. Kroghsgate 35 Parking) and another Parking House just down the street in Chr. Krogs gate, (Spektrum P-hus). There is always lots of free capacity. It’s a bit pricy, but will work fine for quick portrait shoots or meetings. Current price is NOK 36 for 30 minutes. For full day/24 hours NOK 420.

Bikers

Private bikes can be looked just at the bike rack just outside the studio or in our backyard. If you use the City bikes they have a station just on the other side of the street, so it’s very convenient. More info on Oslo Bysykkel.

Delivery Service

We can take larger deliveries through our backyard which has a large industry elevator up to the studio floor. This is perfect for delivery of collection racks and equipment for shoots. Max hight is 230cm for deliveries through the elevator up to the studio floor. Small deliveries out on the street by the front doors. Remember to make an appointment before delivery of collections, drafts, set design or equipment.
