Train, subway, or bus

The studio is a 7-minute walk from Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) if you arrive by train, airport express train, subway, or bus. Exit towards Oslo Plaza, walk past Oslo Plaza and through the park, cross Brugata (Grønland), walk up Chr. Kroghs gate, and you will arrive at the corner of Hausmanns gate 6. The nearest subway (T-bane) stop is Grønland, a 5-minute walk from the studio.

Tram

Lines 11, 12, 17, and 18 stop at Nybrua, the closest tram stop, and it’s a 2-minute walk to Hausmanns gate 6. For tickets and route planning, use Ruter. Trams run approximately every 10 minutes during daytime.

Bus

Nearby bus stops include Hausmanns bru (2-minute walk) with lines 11N, 12N, 30, 31, 31E, 380, 390, 390E/N, and FB2; Jakob kirke (5-minute walk) with lines 34 and 54; and Hammerborggata (7-minute walk) with lines 17B, 18N, 34, 37, 54, 100N, 110N, 130N, 140N, 150, 160, 250, 250E, 250N, 255E, 265E, and 400N.

Car or taxi

Parking directly outside the studio is reserved for accessible parking and electric vehicle charging, and is not available for regular parking. For daytime parking, there are nearby parking houses in the area, including options on Chr. Kroghs gate.

Bike

Bikes can be locked at the rack outside the studio or in the backyard. City bikes have a station across the street.

Deliveries

Larger deliveries can be received via the backyard using the industrial elevator up to the studio floor (maximum height 230 cm). Smaller deliveries can be made via the front entrance. Please make an appointment in advance for deliveries of collections, set design, and equipment.
